KEA- Hon’ble Court directed that the fresh mop-up round shall be proceeded and those successful students, if issued with admission cards shall be notified that the admission is subject to the outcome of the Writ Petitions and that no rights or equities can be claimed by virtue of issuance of the admission cards. The Hon’ble Court further directed that the students shall not be entitled to get the themselves admitted in respective of Medical Colleges until the Write Petitions are disposed of. The Hon’ble Court also directed that the students admitted by the Management shall also be bound by the Court’s orders and that their admissions would also be subject to the outcome of the Write Petition.
